Jewel Collection Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005 as a vertical integration into manufacturing and distributing jewelry as a wholesaler. The factory is technologically well equipped with 3D CAD/CAM technology, 3D printing, invisible and micro setting and more. Today, JCM employs over 640 skilled craftsmen and office workers. JCM envisions becoming a customer centric organization with a world class manufacturing capacity. Its mission is to delight all customers with exquisite fine jewelry of high-quality and unparalleled customer service at the most reasonable price by staying in and ahead of the market. JCM also aims to provide an outstanding work environment, job security, fair rewards and personal development opportunities for its employees.
Nowadays, the seven retail outlets together with JCM’s wholesale activities bring the annual turnover close to 80 million dollars. Golden Palace has a 25% market share in average while still maintaining the market leader position since 2000. The opening of each retail branch has always successfully set new sales records in the industry. JCM is the only factory in the Myan-mar industry that is ISO QMS, EMS, and OHSAS certified, which brought its receipt of the ASEAN Business Award in Innovation Category of SME Excellency in 2016.
